Even though it is said, and said quite often, that water and electricity don’t mix, I disagree…
In fact, I believe the next and inevitable step in the boating world is the addition of electric boats in every category.

The last enormous cruise ship that was just built is electric!
So was the last wake board boat…
This is not only inevitably, but a necessary change to improve our environment and to cut down on water pollution. This also includes cutting out noise pollution. This will be especially nice on our smaller waterways.
I am building a class of family boats that can be run equally in rivers or lakes and be used in a multitude of different ways. This includes, skiing, wake boarding, pleasure cruising, and overnights.
Terra-Forms
Drop in basements would be the easiest way to describe these.
I have designed ten units that will be prefabricated and ready to drop into the property of your choice.
The units are completely self contained and can be accesed from the comfort of your home or be completely separate and accessed from their own point of entry.
Each unit can add up to 350 square feet of usable space, or nearly 3,600 cubic feet of total area, without taking up a single inch of your property!
These units are designed to be dropped into your RV parking spot, back yard, or any usable area you have available.
Each unit is completely hidden underground with its own electricity, water, and ventilation.
Anything you can think of, we can build!
Wine cellar, gym, office, vault, shooting range, grow room… You name it!
