Our custom construction concepts can include prefabricated Conex shipping containers transformed into finished, purpose-built rooms. The container is designed and fabricated off-site, delivered as a prepared structure, and installed below grade on suitable property—creating usable square footage without occupying the home’s existing surface footprint.

We are exploring custom electric speed boats from 18 to 28 feet in length, designed to deliver responsive performance without the engine noise associated with traditional powerboats. Their electric propulsion can make them especially well suited to waterways where noise restrictions affect conventional boating.
These boats are conceived as versatile platforms: capable of recreational cruising, fishing, and towing a skier. Careful, lengthy study of fluid dynamics informs the hull geometry, with the goal of reducing drag and creating the most efficient balance of speed, stability, range, and usable interior space.
